Rudi Riek, who has worked as a unit location manager for close on 10 years, has been appointed the new locations consultant for the Cape Film Commission (CFC) for the next two months. He takes over this position from Debrah Bentham who has left to join another company.
“There are many aspects of the job that I am currently filling that I still need to learn about so I hope you will be patient with me,’ says Riek. “I will sink my teeth into the aspects I do know very well, and that is anything related to conflict resolution and problem solving with regards to locations.’
