New South African pay-TV entrant TopTV has announced a number of award winning series for the spring season of its flagship channel, Top One. These include The Sopranos, CSI Miami, The 4400, Brothers and Sisters, Dexter Starting Over and Fashion Show.

The Daytime Emmy Award nominated Starting Over is a daily talk show that airs at 4.30pm to 5.30pm. The programme is a reality TV show that follows the lives of women who are experiencing difficulty in their lives and want to make changes, with the help of life coaches as well as Iyanla Vanzant.

In Fashion Show starting on 10 September at 8pm, 15 professional designers compete for a chance to have their designs sold in the retail market and win a $125,000 prize. Former Destiny’s Child musician and solo artist Kelly Rowland is one of the judges in the series.

The multi-award-winning mob series The Sopranos airs every Friday for a double episode from 9pm to 11pm.
Brothers and Sisters, a hugely popular TV series can be seen on TopTV on Mondays at 9pm. The Los Angeles-based Walker family is an ordinary American family. The adult siblings Sarah, Tommy, Kevin, Justin and Kitty Walker try to live up to their parents expectations while living their own lives . . . this is until tragedy strikes and tables as well as lives are turned.

Other series to look out include the acclaimed serial-killer drama, Dexter on Sundays at 9pm, The 4400 on Tuesdays at 7pm, as well as CSI Miami on Thursdays at 21:00.
