The SABC’s CE of News Barney Mthombothi and talk show host Tim Modise were arrested on 22 September for outstanding traffic fines.
They were among many others stopped by a police roadblock in front of the SABC building in Auckland Park, Johannesburg, and asked to produce their licences.
