Matchworld garners newcomer award


At the annual ADReview Marketing Awards held on Thursday 23 April, Matchworld was awarded the Agency Newcomer of the Year Award. Matchworld has been in existence for three years.

It would appear that Matchworld is on an award roll  as the sponsorship agency also did well at the Marketing Excellence Awards in February with a Grand Prix.

Matchworld doubled its billings in 12 months and staff complement grew from 10 to 24 in 2008. Its major clients include Coca-Cola, ABSA, Barloworld and Sasol. Matchworld is a subsidiary of the Primedia Sport Group.
