Public broadcaster SABC is in the firing line again, this time for allegedly marginalising and excluding coloured people in its programming.
According to media reports, the South African Movement for Equality (SAME) is planning to file a class action law suit against the broadcaster. SAME maintains that coloureds are the only social group not catered for in terms of specific content or broadcast facilities.
