David Sable, Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of Wunderman will lead the 2009 Cannes Direct Lions Jury; and William Rosen, Chief Creative Officer – North America of Arc Worldwide will head this year’s Promo Lions jury.
Innovation has been David Sable’s pursuit since he began his career in advertising more than 30 years ago. An insatiable quest for originality, the power to see solutions and opportunities differently, and an astute grasp of what drives local consumers in a global marketplace has earned him a reputation as one of advertising’s most imaginative thinkers.
Since joining Wunderman in 2000 and being appointed vice chairman in 2003, David has touched every part of the business with enormous success and created unity within Wunderman’s diverse global community.
William Rosen took the top creative spot at the global marketing company Arc Worldwide in 2004 when Frankel, a leading promotions agency he headed as chief creative, merged into Arc.
He is responsible for the creative product across all of Arc’s disciplines – digital, direct, promotion and retail marketing – for clients including McDonald’s, Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, United Airlines, Nestlé Purina, Whirlpool and MillerCoors.
