AAA School of Advertising students receive bursaries


Tony Koenderman’s Brainstorm, held recently at Hackle Brooke in Gauteng was well-attended by a packed audience comprising the local media, marketing and advertising fraternity. Good news for the AAA School of Advertising who benefited from a portion of the registration charged. A total of R20 000.00 was made available as Finweek bursaries and presented to four deserving students on the day.

Koenderman is a long-standing friend to the AAA School of Advertising and quick to concur on the high level of professionalism and creativity, for which the school is well-renowned.

Two second year marketing and two second year creative students were nominated on merit and awarded R5 000.00 respectively. The recipients of the Tony Koenderman Brainstorm bursaries are Mzomhle Mdaka (marketing); Tshepo Lekote (marketing); Yasmin Moodley (creative) and Mbuso Ndlovu (creative).

The bursaries will go far in assisting the winning students towards the payment of tuition fees, as well as for the covering of general expenses such as travel and material supplies.
