SABC2 brings viewers a six part documentary series focusing on real life families with broken bonds and conflicts. Family Feuds premiered on SABC2 on Monday, 7 August 2017 at 22h00. The show is presented by registered clinical psychologist and expert, Khosi Jiyane.

Family Feuds is six part documentary series focusing on families with broken bonds and conflicts. The programme creates a constructive platform for families to begin both an honest conversation and work toward a meaningful resolution as part of their healing process. Hosted by Khosi Jiyane a qualified clinical psychologist, each episode confronts a new Family Feuds faced by a different family. The issues dealt with in this series broadly include: abandonment, unresolved deaths, disputes over family property and inheritance; and questions of parent and child legitimacy.

“Family is one of the six SABC2 brand pillars and it forms one of the most important components of the channel. As a channel we want to contribute in building and forming a part of the solution for South African family dynamics. We hope that the show will raise healthy conversations and positive resolves to the families not just on the show, but South African families with similar challenges,” said Zandile Nkonyeni – head of PR at SABC TV Channels.

Khosi is a registered clinical psychologist and an expert with more than a decade’s experience in facilitating and coaching transformative learning interventions focused on influence, crucial conversations, negotiation, accountability and change. She is a known television celebrity and mesmerises audiences with her engaging style which reflects in the quality of her learning facilitation.

Shot on different locations, the show promises to have an authoritative outlook and presence that will keep viewers engaged. Presenter Khosi Jiyane also promises not lose sight of the goal when things look like they are spiraling out of control on the show.
