Restructuring at TopTV as CEO steps down

TechCentral reports that the founding CEO of satellite pay-TV operator TopTV, Vino Govender, is officially stepping down with Eddie Mbalo taking over as interim CEO until Govenders replacement is found.
The company is reportedly also planning a possible restructure to remain competitive and relevant in the pay-TV market.
Mbalo, former long-time CEO of the National Film and Video Foundation, is chairman of Top TV owner On Digital Media (ODM).
