MIPFormats submission deadline

South African television production executives wishing to enter the international MIPFormats event, which takes place on 30 and 31 March in Cannes, France have until 6 February to submit their entries.MIPFormats seeks new and original genre-defining non-scripted entertainment formats. An international panel of judges will choose six finalists who will pitch live a the event.
The winning project will be developed by MIPFormats partner Warner Bros. International Television Production.
MIPFormats is a component of the MIPTV content market and is the discovery showcase for the formats community. The 2012 event boasts more screenings, more creativity, more workshops and more networking. For more information visit www.mipworld.com.
