Panda Awards entry call

The deadline for entries into the prestigious Wildscreen Panda Awards for the worlds best wildlife and environmental films is Friday, 27 April. Entry fees have been frozen.
This year sees the introduction of a new Panda Award category, the 3D Award which recognises excellence in the application of the art and science of stereoscopy.
Other Panda categories are: Award to Promote Filmmakers from Developing Countries; Animal Behaviour Award; Campaign Award; Childrens Choice Award; Best Cinematography Award; Earth Sciences Award; Best Editing Award; The Nature Conservancy Environment & Conservation Award; Innovation Award; Best Music Award; New Media Award; Newcomer Award; People & Animals Award; Popular Broadcast Award; Presenter-led Award; Best Script Award; Best Series Award; Short Film Award; films @ 59 Sound Award; and the Theatrical Award.
There are also the Judges Choice Awards WWF Golden Panda Award and the Christopher Parsons Award for Outstanding Achievement.
In June the Panda Award nominees will be announced and the delegate tickets will go on sale, with early-bird tickets ending in August.
The Wildscreen Festival takes place in Bristol, UK from 14 to 19 October.
