IFFR's Tiger Awards selection

Fifteen films have been selected for the Tiger Awards Competition at the International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR), which takes place from 25 January to 5 February.

The complete line-up, comprising first or second feature films competing for three equal Hivos Tiger Awards of €15,000 each, includes eight world premieres. Five competing films have received support from Rotterdam’s Hubert Bals Fund.

The Rotterdam Tiger Awards Competition for Short Films 2012 comprises 21 films, ranging in length from five to fifty-six minutes. Nine short films in competition will see their world premieres in Rotterdam.
