The First International Festival of Corporate Films on Sustainable Development & Ecology, including The Deauville Green Awards, take place in Deauville, France on 11 and 12 April.

Corporate companies as well as public administrations and non-governmental organisations are at the forefront in the creation of sustainable development standards and the preservation of the environment in general. For several years, they have introduced environment policies, including new forms of social responsibility and the creation of a new model of eco-responsibility.

Sustainable development is the positive product of sustainable economic, social, and environmental development. In order to obtain sustainable development it is necessary to develop economic growth and social welfare while taking into account the new environmental requirements and meet the needs for transport, housing and employment.

Corporations, organisations and administrations have become the laboratories of our future and audiovisual production enables an excellent visibility to their efforts.

The aim of Deauville Green Awards is to bring corporations, administrations and communication professionals together. The festival creates a meeting place for convivial moments and exchanges on the best audiovisual practices to promote a sustainable development.

The first edition of Deauville Green Awards will gather together all audiovisual communication professionals concerned with environmental preservation and sustainable development - Marketing and Communication professionals from corporate companies or public administration, film producers and directors, PR-agencies etc. Apart from the competition, the festival also offers debates and conferences to stimulate the creativity in future audiovisual projects and collaborations.

Twenty-two award categories are open for entry. Corporate film production, web-films, short organisation presentations, training programmes etc. are all accepted in the competition. The festival will show examples of the great diversity in audiovisual production and how organisations can benefit from this diversity in their corporate communication.
