Gospel singers celebrate spirit of Christmas

The MTN Joyous Celebration concert at Carnival City’s Big Top Arena in Brakpan on Thursday 15 December will offer fans of gospel music the opportunity to appear in footage being filmed on the night.

The talented Joyous Celebration Gospel ensemble comprises of a 32-member choir and an eight-piece band. With multiple awards under their belt, the group promises a non-stop celebration of traditional hymns and original compositions.

Every two years a competition is run nationwide to select new members, and the 2011 team are a fresh new cast of South Africa’s best talent.

The show starts at 7:30pm and tickets are available from Computicket from R150 to R300.
