A joint initiative between the Durban Film Office (DFO) and the Durban International Film Festival (DIFF), the Durban FilmMart is an African co-production market created to act as a key driver in raising the visibility of film content from Africa. The inaugural edition will take place in July 2010.
A joint initiative between the Durban Film Office (DFO) and the Durban International Film Festival (DIFF), the Durban FilmMart is an African co-production market created to act as a key driver in raising the visibility of film content from Africa. The inaugural edition will take place in July 2010. Selected African filmmakers will have the opportunity to pitch film projects to leading financiers and meet with international reputed directors and producers in order to form alliances for future collaborations.
