Skills / Experience

• 4-5 years’ demonstrable track record in sales target achievement
• Audio Visual sales track record highly advantageous
• Technology or Business Degree/National Diploma / CTS advantageous
• 2 years’ experience in a project sales environment
• Excellent new business development, negotiation and closing skills
• Very good knowledge of Audio Visual products and solutions
• Very good knowledge of IT network and solutions
• Strong sales and business acumen
• Good presentation skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good business writing skills

Total CTC
• R300k per annum plus commission

Job Description:
The role has an overall accountability for achieving sales targets for Corporate Audio Visual solutions in the corporate and government verticals. The Sales Executive is a direct sales/customer-facing sales role.

Responsibilities of the sales exec includes generating sales with a focus on solution-selling of Questek’s solutions portfolio, building and maintaining relationships with clients, account planning and industry sales strategy development.

• Working directly and independently with the client and internal resources, the sales exec successfully finds, qualifies, develops and grows net new business;
• Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
• Designing solutions and compiling proposals to satisfy these customer needs;
• Negotiating the terms of sale and closing deals;
• Sales forecasting and pipeline development;
• Gathering market and customer information;
• Recording sales and order information in Questek systems;
• Reviewing own sales performance to meet or exceed targets.
