Position Overview:

The main purpose of the role is to play a critical role in brainstorming, creative formulation, format development, creating experiential concepts, building and implementing retention strategies for all existing productions. Must be able to write, develop and produce high impact creative concepts.

Essential Job Functions

• Help build and maintain a creative standard across the company
• Develop creative strategies for production retention
• Conceptualise and develop new formats
• Write creatives, scripts, treatments, formats and copy
• Create pitch videos, presentations and documents
• Assist in rolling out special creative projects and events
• Create visual marketing material
• Produce and direct as needed

• Matric (grade 12 or equivalent)
• 3 years relevant experience in a similar position
• Industry related qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills, influential demeanor and collaborative working style
• Hands-on knowledge of all social media platforms and what creative content means for each one
• Experience in developing content

• Willingness to work long hours
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Working knowledge of production
• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Must be capable of brave and “out of the box” creative
