In the latest turn of events regarding the squabbles, legal and otherwise, between the SABC board and its Group CEO, Dali Mpofu, Johannesburg High Court Judge Mohamed Jabjhay has urged the two parties to seek mediation.

Meanwhile, Mpofu’s court case appealing his third suspension by the SABC board since 7 May, will be decided in the first week of July.

Judge Jabjhay offered his own services for the suggested mediation and recommended BEE firm Peotana co-founder Thandi Orleyn.
