Producer and presenter of e.tv’s entertainment magazine show, The Showbiz Report, Nicky Greenwall will attend the 61st annual Cannes Film Festival to provide exclusive coverage for e.tv’s celebrity watchers. The festival runs from 14 to 25 May.

Included in the Cannes line-up are the world premiere of Steven Spielberg’s much hyped and closely guarded Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, the red carpet screening of Woody Allen’s latest film Vicky Cristina Barcelona, staring Scarlett Johansson (Allen’s leading lady for the third time after Match Point and Scoop) and high profile real life couple Penelope Cruz and Oscar winner Javier Bardem (No Country for Old Men). Also eagerly anticipated at Canne is Clint Eastwood’s latest directorial offering, The Changeling, starring Angelina Jolie.

Among the list of events at Cannes this year is Sharon Stone’s infamous AMFAR Charity dinner and the world premiere of the animated feature Kung Fu Panda, featuring the voices of Angelina Jolie and Jack Black.

Greenwall will also be spending time with the South African delegation in Cannes to find out more about our own country’s involvement in the world’s biggest celebration of independent cinema.
