Hulk a big draw

The new version of The Incredible Hulk, starring Edward Norton, is proving popular with South African audiences, having taken R4.6m in two weeks. A week ahead in release, The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian is now at R6.9m.

New release for the week of 20 to 26 June, College Road Trip, took in a respectable R1.4m, while fellow new release, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, took in R1m.

Meanwhile, after five weeks of release, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull has racked in R8.4m.

The South African film, Son of Man, took in R30 680 in its first week. (Figures supplied by SAFACT.
