Current PA on maternity leave. 15 month contract only Start from 1st October 2008 until 18 December 2009 . Your hours will be Monday to Friday 08h30-17h00. Very efficient systems are in place and it would be ideal if you could come for training from Monday 30th June until Friday 18th June (as the chairman will be away then and interference will be minimal). You will liase with a variety of departments on a daily basis at both the Johannesburg/Cape Town schools. Good computer skills (outlook, excel and word), attention to detail, highly effective individual, managing Chairman's diary, good administrative skills, good typing skills, attentive listener, excellent minute taking skills, good assertive communicator.
