Candidates must have:
- minimum of four years working experience
- own (reliable) transport
- strong general administrative abilities
- MS Excel (intermediate or advanced level)
- MS Office including Internet & E-mail
- tertiary qualification (media related essential)

- Strong communication skills - telephonic and interpersonal
- Attentive to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Highly driven and organised
- Able to make decisions
- A team player
- Energetic, innovative, out-of-the-box thinker
- Understanding of the budgets and accountancy
- Knowledge of advertising processes
- Good negotiation skills an advantage
- Extended working hours, without additional remuneration
