LiveU is teaming up with The Next Web (TNW) for the second year running to showcase the latest in professional live streaming and production at TNW’s annual gathering in Amsterdam from 24 to 25 May 2018.
LiveU will be operating a live studio, produced by Stream My Event, to capture all the atmosphere using their LiveU Solo units. Hosted by The Innovation Station’s Johan Schaap, the studio will feature live interviews with conference speakers and ad-hoc conversations with the visitors on the festival floor, using roaming units. They will also be demonstrating their enhanced Solo Studio cloud graphics and new mobile app in a demo station nearby.
Wytze de Haan, director of Events, The Next Web said: “LiveU’s technology – especially Solo – is a perfect fit for this event as it makes premium quality, live video, available to a whole new generation of users. The Next Web is all about bringing together the movers and shakers of the online world to discuss the present and future; to highlight important trends and bring them to the wider world. It’s fantastic to once again have LiveU operating a studio, bringing the full flavour of the event to viewers wherever they may be.”
Ronen Artman, LiveU’s VP of Marketing, also commented: “After the success of last year, we’re really excited to be expanding our presence and working again with The Next Web. This is the premier web festival of the year and our technology dovetails completely with their ambitions. We’re really looking forward to being part of the conversation in this rapidly evolving sector.”
